Application :
This unit is applicable to the production of LDPE and LLDPE plastic casting films. It adopts the single-screw extrusion principle, and the raw materials of a feed hopper use different formulations. Therefore, the film produced can achieve the effect of double-sided adhesion or double-sided non-adhesion, and is widely used in the packaging fields of building materials, auto parts, five-metal parts, etc.
The machine adopts single screw extrusion, with stable operation and low noise. The winding adopts microcomputer Delta PLC controller. It is composed of extrusion unit, traction, automatic winding, electric cabinet, etc.
