Application :
This unit is applicable to the production of LDPE and LLDPE plastic casting films. It adopts the principle of three-screw co-extrusion, and the raw materials of the three feeding hoppers use different formulations. Therefore, the film produced can achieve the effect of sticking on one side, and is widely used in the packaging fields of building materials, auto parts, hardware parts, etc.
The machine adopts three-screw extrusion, with stable operation and low noise. The winding adopts microcomputer Delta PLC controller. It is composed of extrusion unit, traction, automatic winding, electric cabinet, etc. It can produce double-sided adhesive, double-sided non-stick and single-sided adhesive stretch film.
